With its easy-to-use touchscreen operation, the Swagelok M200 Orbital Welding System delivers high quality autogenous, orbital gas tungsten arc welds (GTAW) for tubing and pipe. Automated electronic data collection ensures that searchable quality assurance data is available to welders and inspectors for in-process inspections. And because orbital welding adds no material, it's suitable for nearly all industrial applications, especially clean manufacturing.
The system combines a portable power supply with an integrated weld head and gas flow controller in a self contained package. So you can set up weld profiles and make high-volume, repeatable orbital welds wherever you need them— on a benchtop, in tight spaces, in the field, or in high-purity environments.
