FX series high pressure metal hose
New Swagelok FX Series High-Pressure Metal Hose Available in ¼ in. and ½ in. Sizes – Upto 413bar
To help meet our customers’ broad range of pressure requirements, Swagelok is introducing the new FX Series high-pressure metal hose. The first phase of this new double braided hose series consists of a ¼ in. hose with a working pressure of 6,000 psi and a ½ in. hose rated at 4,500 psi.
Features
• High-pressure corrosion resistant all-metal hose• 316L stainless steel annular convoluted core
• 1/4 and 1/2 in. sizes and working pressures from vacuum to 6000 psig (413 bar)
• Double braid layers of 321 stainless steel promotes hose pressure containment (M)
• End connections welded in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX
• Commonly used in high-temperature vacuum and high pressure corrosive environments or where permeation is undesirable
• Standard and custom assemblies available
• Options include hose covers, hose tags, and additional helium leak testing
