I studied Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and began my professional journey with Schlumberger, the global leader in oilfield services. Over a 15-year tenure, I had the opportunity to work across Brunei, Malaysia, India, Egypt, Singapore, the U.A.E., the U.S.A., and Indonesia. During this period, I held a variety of roles including Field Engineer, Engineer-in-Charge, Training Centre Instructor, Quality Manager, Technical Services Manager, District Manager, and finally, Asia Business Manager based in Jakarta. These years were immensely rewarding, offering hands-on exposure to diverse cultures, operational challenges, and leadership responsibilities across continents.

In 1998, I returned to India to pursue entrepreneurship and partnered with Swagelok, a collaboration that has grown into a long-standing and deeply fulfilling association. What began as a small office in Bengaluru has today expanded into a team of over 150 associates operating from four offices, serving customers across a broad spectrum of industries. My enduring passion for quality, integrity, and customer service has been central to building a business that consistently delivers world-class products backed by responsive local expertise.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new cultures, financial investing, and spending time on the golf course.
