Out of 36 years of my corporate journey, I have spent over 24 years in manufacturing Organisations, with exposure in the areas of Finance, IT, HR and Administration.

I started my career with Rane Group, (a renowned automotive industry) which laid solid foundation for my corporate life. After 5 years with Rane Group, I had joined Eastman Kodak Company (an US based Multinational, incorporated in India as Kodak India Limited) where I had a long stint of 17 years managing the areas of Manufacturing Accounting, Information Technology and Administration of 4 Manufacturing plants in Bangalore, Gwalior, Goa, and Nepal.  My last 4 years in Kodak was particularly challenging as I was on the direct roles of Eastman Kodak Company, USA managing Finance and IT for a complete product line for India, Brazil, and China. 

Prior to joining Swagelok, I was associated with Germany based apparels manufacturing company called Calida AG (incorporated in India as Natural Textiles Pvt. Ltd) for 2 years in senior Management role, taking care of Finance, HR, IT and Admin. 

I have been associated with Swagelok since 2008, managing multiple functions such as Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain and Administration. The journey so far has been very exciting and I am proud to be a part of this growing organization! 

Multitasking has been my passion as it keeps my interests alive, keeps me busy, create avenues for continuous learning, and to utilize my experience gained over many years in diversified Industries.

With Masters Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management, I have been an avid learner for life. I strongly believe in the concept, Learn-Unlearn-Relearn to keep me updated in this dynamic world where change is permanent.
