Out of my 38-year corporate journey, I have spent over 24 years in manufacturing organizations, gaining extensive exposure across Finance, IT, HR, and Administration.

I began my career with the Rane Group, a renowned automotive company, which provided a strong foundation for my professional life. After five years at Rane, I joined Eastman Kodak Company (incorporated in India as Kodak India Limited), where I spent 17 years managing Manufacturing Accounting, IT, and Administration across four manufacturing plants in Bangalore, Gwalior, Goa, and Nepal. My last four years at Kodak were particularly enriching, as I worked directly with Eastman Kodak Company, USA, managing Finance and IT for a complete product line spanning India, Brazil, and China.

Following Kodak, I took up a senior management role with Calida AG, a Germany-based apparel manufacturer (incorporated in India as Natural Textiles Pvt. Ltd.), where I oversaw Finance, HR, IT, and Administration for two years.

Since 2008, I have been associated with Swagelok, where I continue to manage multiple functions including Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, and Administration. The journey has been both exciting and fulfilling, and I take pride in contributing to the growth of this dynamic organization.

Multitasking has always been my passion, as it keeps me engaged, fuels continuous learning, and allows me to leverage my diverse experience across industries.

Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. I am an avid lifelong learner and strongly believe in the principle of Learn–Unlearn–Relearn as a way to stay relevant in an ever-evolving business environment.
