Siddhartha Srivastava
Vice President - North India
I was born in Jaipur, the vibrant Pink City of India, where I enjoyed a joyful childhood surrounded by my grandparents, parents, and siblings. My father, a government servant, and my mother, a homemaker, instilled in me the core values of integrity, punctuality, and truthfulness—principles that continue to guide me today. I completed my schooling and engineering in Electricals in Jaipur before moving to New Delhi, the capital city of India.
In 2005, I pursued my MBA at Amity Business School, Noida, which gave me deep insights into the nuances of business management and organizational leadership. My professional journey began in 2007 with the Hilti Group, a leading European multinational, where I joined as a management trainee. Early in my career, I realized the importance of recalibrating theoretical knowledge into practical, strategic thinking to address real-world business challenges. Over 6.5 years at Hilti, I worked across sales, business development, and product management, winning several accolades. My first major milestone came in 2012 when I successfully launched Hilti’s first “Make for India” product, strategically driving it to the right market segment.
In 2013, I joined Keselec Schréder, a Belgian joint venture specializing in lighting and IoT solutions. Over 2.5 years, I worked closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to develop a new LED lighting portfolio, for which I received the MD Award for Best Performer in 2014.
In 2016, I transitioned to Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in scientific instrumentation. Over 7 enriching years, I managed multiple businesses, high-performing teams, and diverse customers across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Metals, Pharma, Construction, R&D, Nuclear, and Medical. This phase honed my expertise in general management, finance, supply chain, and stakeholder management, while also enabling me to contribute to several product localization initiatives to strengthen local capabilities.
Currently, I serve as Vice President – North India at Swagelok Bangalore, where I lead a dynamic team of 50 colleagues. Together, we are responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across the North India region. Swagelok’s values of quality, integrity, and respect deeply resonate with me, and I take pride in fostering a culture of customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Beyond my professional journey, I remain a lifelong learner. I have pursued multiple certifications and management development programs in Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Organizational Transformation, and Talent Development. I draw inspiration from thought leaders like Simon Sinek, and my leadership style is strongly influenced by Dr. Ken Blanchard and Dr. Paul Hersey’s Situational Leadership Model.
As an evolving leader, I believe in effective communication, empathy, and leading by example. I am grateful to be part of a highly agile, growth-oriented team where each colleague is passionate about understanding customer needs and improving every single day.
