I'm a dynamic Management graduate, fiercely committed to the pursuit of leadership. My journey commenced with self-funding my education while serving as a Financial Advisor at ICICI, a role that instilled in me independence and resourcefulness.

Fuelled by an entrepreneurial spirit, I ventured into the world of solar heater supplies, eventually establishing a specialized unit in electroplating, a pivotal chapter in my ongoing journey of personal and professional growth.

As an individual with a sharp eye for promising opportunities and a profound aspiration to work within a values-driven organization, I discovered my career-defining moment at Swagelok Bangalore. There, I assumed the role of Commercial Executive, responsible for a larger market encompassing South India. Swagelok's steadfast commitment to values not only helped me achieve my vision but also became the bedrock of my professional path, where I've dedicated most of my career.

In my current capacity as the Head of Operations and Quality, my unwavering zeal for ensuring quality, pursuing perfection, effective people management, and providing exceptional customer service continues to be my driving force, a source of immense gratification.

Beyond the realm of my professional life, I draw profound joy from a diverse range of interests, including competitive Badminton, engaging in Snooker matches, collecting rare and antique coins, embarking on adventures to new destinations, and immersing myself in the captivating world of wildlife documentaries.
