Manager - Strategic Initiatives

After completing my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Case Western Reserve, I joined Swagelok. For my first role with the company, I started with New Product Development. It was a thrill to test Swagelok products to their limit while pushing the boundaries of innovation. For my next role, I was with Continuous Improvement Quality on the shop floor, upgrading leak testing equipment to decrease testing time after manufacturing, and increasing work centre output.

I am now part of the team at Swagelok Bangalore. I began my journey back in my hometown as the Market Manager for the rapidly growing hydrogen market. My experience developing new products for this market and understanding the manufacturer's perspective has proven invaluable to our customers.

I now lead all Strategic Initiatives and am excited to continue supporting our partners, building resilience, and engaging Associates as we expand our offerings to customers as the fluid system experts the world relies on.
