Palakkad, often called the gateway to Kerala’s economy, is where my roots lie. My father was a spice merchant, and during my school days, I had the privilege of assisting him in his trade. Those early experiences instilled in me the value of hard work, discipline, and customer-centricity. 

With over 23 years of overall working experience, my professional journey began with a 2-year stint in a pharma B2B company after university. In 2004, I joined Swagelok Bangalore—a decision that shaped my career and outlook profoundly. 

From my very first days, I was inspired by Swagelok’s mantra: “To be the best.” This principle resonated deeply with me. The excellence of our products and the culture of striving for the highest standards transformed the way I thought and worked.

I started out in operations, learning the art of fulfilling customer needs while driving efficiency. By introducing new methods, I was able to streamline processes, which led to larger responsibilities. This eventually gave me the opportunity to set up a completely new business operation for Swagelok Bangalore in North India.

After eight enriching years leading the Delhi branch, I returned to Bangalore as Quality Manager. In this role, I worked to foster a high-performance culture while leveraging data analytics to turn information into action. These insights helped make our processes leaner and more effective, while also enabling innovative strategies.

Today, I serve as the General Manager of Swagelok Hyderabad, responsible for running the branch as an independent business unit. My role encompasses business operations, people management, and leadership development. I am deeply focused on taking sales growth to the next level, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. At the same time, I remain committed to building more leaders, fostering an excellent workplace environment, and helping every associate grow into the best version of themselves.

Beyond work, I am passionate about travel, sports, and nature. Cricket and badminton keep me energized, while plants and aquariums allow me to nurture life and stay connected with nature. These interests not only give me balance but also inspire creativity and resilience in my professional journey.
