Palakkad is known to be the gateway to Kerala's economy. My father was a spice merchant here, and I had the privilege of helping him during my school days. After my university I had a short 2-year stint working with a pharma B2B company. There after joined Swagelok, Bangalore in the year 2004.

During my early days at Swagelok Bangalore I was inspired by Swagelok's mantra "To be the best". This principle was unique and paved way for doing everything with high level of excellence. So was the product we sold. Indeed, this transformation changed my perspective and thinking, and I could never get away.

My initial role was completely into operations. Fulfilling customer's need and managing the process efficiently was an art I learnt. I was also able to implement new methods that brought higher efficiency to operations. This helped me to take up larger responsibilities and there after I moved to set-up entirely a new business operation for Swagelok Bangalore in North India.

After 8 years of my association in Delhi branch, I moved to Bangalore to take up the role as a Quality manager . As a quality manager I was responsible to create a culture of high performance work culture. I went a step ahead with data analytics that helped to turn information into action thereby making the process lean and created new methods and strategies.

Now at Swagelok Hyderabad as General Manager, I am responsible for the branch as an independent business unit including people management. As a leader I am committed to create more leaders and serve all associates with an excellent workplace environment thus helping them for being the best version of themselves.
