With a career built on problem-solving and people leadership, I focus on helping customers address their most critical fluid system challenges. My journey began as a Project Engineer with Qatar Petroleum, where I was responsible for designing onshore platforms. This experience gave me a strong technical foundation and sparked my passion for tackling complex engineering challenges.

At Swagelok, I have had the opportunity to work across functions including design, vendor development, quality management, and process optimization, before becoming part of the Field Engineering group. This role allowed me to collaborate with a global network of experts, applying collective knowledge to solve complex customer problems and deliver sustainable, high-value solutions.

As the leader of Engineering Services today, I guide a talented team of engineers and technicians. My leadership philosophy is centered on mentorship, building future leaders, and fostering a culture where innovation and accountability thrive. I strongly believe that when teams grow, customers benefit—and when we partner effectively with customers, we create lasting value together.

Outside of work, I am passionate about motorcycles—an interest that reflects my love for engineering, precision, and performance. Riding offers me both freedom and focus, while cycling and spending time with family and friends help me stay balanced and energized. These pursuits continually inspire me to approach leadership with clarity and fresh perspective.
