As a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a deep passion for cars and bikes, I've been on a journey that combines my love for machines with a people focused leadership approach.

My journey into leadership began during my early school years when I had the privilege of traveling with my father, who held a senior position in one of the largest FMCG companies. This experience gave me a front-row seat to observe his leadership style, which left a lasting impression on me. I witnessed his genuine care for his team, his ability to navigate complex situations, and his emphasis on effective communication.

My career began as a project engineer, designing onshore platforms for Qatar Petroleum. This role ignited my problem-solving enthusiasm. After gaining valuable experience in this role, I stumbled upon an opportunity at Swagelok Bangalore that truly captivated me. The role involved solving customer problems, which aligned perfectly with my passion for finding solutions. Inducted as a Product Engineer for Integrated Services (which is now Custom Solutions) department where I was exposed to various aspects, including designing, vendor development, quality management, and process optimization. In 2017, I made a conscious decision to become a part of the Swagelok Field Engineering group. This transition enabled me to leverage the collective expertise of our global team to tackle complex fluid system problems for our customers. 

Over the span of 14 years within the organization, my passion for learning and my commitment to understanding and solving customer fluid system issues have only grown stronger. The values, culture, and emphasis on quality at Swagelok have been a significant source of inspiration throughout my journey. Now, as a leader overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, my aim is to inspire and nurture their creativity and passion. I believe that by fostering a culture of innovation and enthusiasm, we can collaborate effectively with our customers to provide tailored solutions that truly make a difference.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in cycling, motorbiking, and spending quality time with my family and friends. These activities provide a necessary balance to my life, allowing me to recharge and return to my role as a leader with renewed vigor and fresh perspectives.
