With my Mechanical Engineering background, I was interested in learning the nuances of managing a business, and hence pursued master’s in business administration specializing in Marketing.

Hailing from a moderate family background in a small town, i have ventured outside my home state to build a promising career in my early days. I have always believed in giving my best and remained straightforward in my commitments, both personally and professionally.

I started my career with this very same organization and my stint of close to 3 years here has, to a larger extent helped in shaping me to what I am today. Of the several learning’s I had from that experience, I would like to highlight the following, which I follow even today - Conviction in whatever you do, prioritize your tasks based on the degree of their importance and pay attention to detail.

Thereafter, in pursuit of better career challenges and opportunities, I took up an assignment with Flowserve Sanmar and carried out my responsibilities successfully for close to a decade. In Flowserve Sanmar, I grew from Field Sales Engineer to Regional Manager handling entire South India, with 13 sales engineers and 5 service engineers being part of my team.

After a short stint in Middle East with Essential Systems and Services, I am back to where it all began for me. In my current assignment with Swagelok Bangalore as Regional Manager – South, my focus is on Brand building and Business Development. I believe in inclusive growth and my mantra for success is to help my team accomplish their tasks in addition to ethically handling both our organization and customer expectations.

I am proud to be part of a growing team with great ambitions, in a job that offers excitement and scope for achievement with an ambiance where everyone enjoys working towards a common goal – Customer Delight.
