Every encounter has broadened my perspective and enriched both my personal and professional journey.
Born in the serene coastal town of Varkala, Kerala, and raised in the bustling city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, I carry the influence of two vibrant cultures that have deeply shaped my outlook and passion for exploration.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University and an Executive Management Programme in Sales and Marketing Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management – Lucknow (IIM-L), I have built a 15+ year career across leading global organisations. My professional journey began in 2010 with Wilo SE-Mather & Platt Pumps, a German organisation, where I worked as a strategic sales specialist, managing projects across India.
I then moved to SIEG Tech, where I established and led operations in the Indian market, gaining first-hand experience in business management, setting up processes, and building cross-functional departments from the ground up.
In 2014, I joined Stäubli, a Swiss company, as a Regional Sales Engineer. Over the course of a decade, I took on multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Regional Manager and Market Segment Head, leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and mentoring emerging leaders. My work here spanned diverse industries including Railways, Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Clean Energy, Nuclear, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Refineries, Oil & Gas, and Semiconductors, giving me deep expertise in managing complex and highly technical markets.
Currently, I serve as the General Manager for Swagelok in Tamil Nadu, a role I have been proudly holding for over a year. Leading a high-performing team at Swagelok Chennai, I am dedicated to fostering a people-centric culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, and empowerment. With a strong belief in the growth mindset, I encourage my team to embrace challenges, innovate fearlessly, and unlock their full potential. Guided by Swagelok’s principles and values, my focus remains on building sustainable growth—for our customers, our people, and the communities we serve.
