I belong to family in North Karnataka which has most of them as school Teachers. I drew inspiration from my parents right from my childhood to be an honest and humble person. Right from school days, I am taught to be simple and disciplined in all the aspects of daily life. I like to swim, play snookers, travel to places, and spend time with closer group of school / college friends during spare time. 

I received “Rastrapathi Award” for scouting activities, presented by Shri K.R. Narayanan, former President of India. I did my Mechanical Engineering & MBA in Marketing with a clear vision of getting into technical sales role. 

I started my professional career with Swagelok Bangalore. I am happy to share that I have grown along with the company from past 15 years. I had ample learning opportunities while working for significant high value capital projects from customers spread across diversified markets. Attained star performer award, multiple customer testimonials & an award from Shell Bangalore for "Goal Zero - No Harm, No Leaks " during Safety Day.

Swagelok products are globally known for their highest quality and seamless service & support by the local Sales & Service Centers. I believe in Value Selling concept and as a Business Manager, I inculcate the same culture among the team members to sell Swagelok products & strive for customer satisfaction. 

Having completed leadership training certifications from Dale Carnegie & Franklin Covey, I could enhance leadership skills required in many aspects of my work, communicate effectively, inspire others and lead by example. I am proud to be part of Swagelok Bangalore leadership team who always uphold the Swagelok six core values.
