As a Qualified Engineer and a Business Graduate, I found my passion in Sales, Business development and Networking when I began my career with Greaves Limited in 1997 as an Engineer Trainee. My association with them enriched me with the fundamental knowledge of Selling, Importance of Customer Focus and Customer Relationships.

As the years progressed, I had the opportunity to be associated with companies like Saint-Gobain and ITW Signode where I was exposed to different Sales Models and Markets. Irrespective of the company or the market, I found that some fundamental principles always remain unchanged. As per me, these are Customer focus (putting a customer's priorities first), Ethics and a thorough knowledge of the customer (needs and wants).

At Swagelok, I was exposed to a different dimension of selling which was Value selling. Since the last many years with Swagelok- we as a team have consciously integrated this dimension in all the aspects of our selling process.  I have also learnt the importance of Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Quality and Respect – the cores values that drives the Swagelok organisation.

Having completed my tenure as the Business Manager for Swagelok Hyderabad, today, I serve as the General Manager for Swagelok Chennai  where we do our best in listening to customers and provide them with solutions like technical support for optimising their BOMs, local stocking arrangements for a faster response, safety training and leak audits to help them to be complaint with their internal Quality and Safety standards, pricing agreements and a quick turnaround for queries.
