While this is a challenging period for us all, we recognize that it is very important for you to ensure that your facilities operate efficiently and effectively and we want you to know that our company is prepared to continue to serve you.

• Swagelok's manufacturing plants in the U.S. continue to operate and our Supply Chain team is working to maintain the flow of products and services to you. We continue to monitor & manage our inventory levels taking into account current business & economic conditions.
• While ~70% of our workforce currently operate remotely, technology has ensured that our sales team, technical experts and customer service teams are available for you to contact via their normal communication channels, with the added benefit of video technology where detailed discussions are required.
• Our warehouses, fabrication and assembling facilities in Bangalore & Delhi are fully working enabling us to process and ship your orders. The health and safety of these associates remain one of our top priorities and we have implemented stringent social distancing and monitoring measures to ensure the same.   
• We are monitoring our ability to fulfil customer orders on a daily basis and will continue to provide regular updates to ensure you are aware of any changes to this situation.
• Entire Swagelok Bangalore team is working hard to maintain exceptional levels of service. Our goal is to support customers and the critical industries of our nation during this time, we are all in this together!
• In light of the ongoing situation, our Training Centres remains closed, however, we are offering virtual technical training on a variety of subjects including tube fitting installation, valve selection, regulator selection, sampling systems etc. for our customers and would request you to take advantage of our virtual training services.
